Did anyone else catch her fantasy about her Second Study? Check it out at http://www.visionfromfeeling.com/secondstudy.html

She was planning to advertise the "study" by putting up fliers around town. She planned to rent a hall or something where people could show up. She had this whole fantasy about people sitting in the "audience" waiting their turn to come up and have Mistress Anita give a reading. But wait...there's more.

At the end of the study there will be an opportunity for discussion and questions, and also I will announce what my upcoming plans are in this investigation based on the outcome of the study. I will do what I can to have my second study video recorded so that I can share it with everyone through my website.
Gee. Does sound anything like what Connie Sonne did in Vegas at the JREF conference? Anita certainly is a jealous one, isn't she? All she's after is attention. She just had to jump back into the limelight after seeing how much respect and admiration Connie earned before blowing it with the accusations of cheating. She should have just taken a page out of Anita's handbook and said, "I really knew the answer. I was just afraid of being wrong! But I REALLY knew it!"

BTW, you should get a load of the "protocol" she came up with for this second "study" of hers. What a joke. It's like she has learned nothing in all these months.

Anita hasn't been sending me IMs lately. I guess she's throwing a tantrum or something.

The second study will be an open-access public event. Flyers will be posted in shops and restaurants and possibly on the internet and in a newspaper local to the area where the study will be held. I might contact the local media and ask if they would like to attend the event.

Yeah, seems like an attempt to establish a "media presence" for the purpose of an MDC application. Typical cart-before-the-horse behaviour. Drum up some publicity and then figure out what her "ability" is.

It's almost a shame this study didn't happen. in terms of the potential entertainment value.

Right. I've finished reading that monstrosity but I have to confess, I'm no wiser.

For each reading with a volunteer, is prepared two papers each: the sheet onto which I write my notes and select five or fewer specific health statements, and then the test sheet onto which my five or fewer health statements are transferred. The test sheets will all already have various health statements written on them beforehand, and each test sheet has five empty slots in random placement among those health statements and in these slots my five or fewer health statements are placed. Each health statement whether chosen beforehand or based on my medical perceptions is given the same amount of space on the test sheet regardless of how many words comprises it. These methods ensure that my medical perceptions can not be identified from among other general health statements. For each reading with a volunteer, there is also a third paper that has five other health statements to be placed into the one, two, three, four or five empty slots that may not receive a health statement from me, so that all empty slots will be filled on the test sheet.

I've had trips that were more coherent than that.

It makes my brain bleed! Surely she can write more coherently, she's a college student.

Geez, Your Brilliancy, apparently all your followers are former hippies.

On the upside, we former hippies seem to have our feet much more firmly planted in reality than the current crop of airheads.

Dave's not here, Man.

"Former hippie'?

A-hem. I prefer "recovering flower child", thank you very much. It was hard to shake my addiction to sitar music and the overpowering scent of incense, but I did get to keep my Birkenstocks, and I'd still like to teach the world to sing..

I hope so.

I got over sitar music but never got over Three Dog Night and I still have a pair of bell bottoms from that era.

Truth to tell, I never got the attraction to sitar music. I thought it was boring. I don't have any bell bottoms, but I do still have one of those leather purses with the design burned into the leather - remember those? And I raised my kids right-I heard my eldest singing along to "Shambala" the last time we visited.

Sorry...didn't mean to drift the thread...

That sounds like a story in its own right.

BTW, I only just figured out your JREF avatar.

The expression as I know it iis Attention whore, also she is a pathological liar and a control freak. She is an immature , silly little girl who lives for attention and the thought that she is special.

How could 2 non Acturans beat her at medical perceptions her main claim on a test she devised herself and then she continues on as if nothing happened? Note that on the second study instead of tightening up the shoddy questionaires she decides to bin them and go back to the cold reading bs..

Did you also see that after she tried to wall o text lightndarkness and he/she told her to piss off she is now meeting with a reikki healer who has migraines surely the reikki healer would heal herself

She dribbles more shit than a politician..

Welcome McLuvin

This bit:

she is a pathological liar and a control freak. She is an immature , silly little girl who lives for attention and the thought that she is special.
is why we find her so entertaining.

This bit:

she is now meeting with a reikki healer who has migraines
is why we find her dangerous.

You're right about the politicians, but we can't stop them because people keep voting for them.

Cheers,

Dave
