It is my uneducated, "Googled It!" opinion that Anita suffers from Narcissistic Personality Disorder. Besides her fantasies and beliefs that she is incredibly special, she also exhibits and distinct lack of empathy and recognition of the feelings of others, which is one of the symptoms that is hard to see on-line.
